Try this novel dosa over this weekend. Makes a quick and healthy meal if eaten with vegetables.
QUICK SOYA DOSA
Ingredients -
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Urad dal flour - 1/4 cup
- Soya flour - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation -Mix all the ingredients. Add water to make a dosa batter consistency. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Make dosas by spreading the batter on a non-stick pan.
You can add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves to the dosa batter for a different taste.
Serve hot with mint chutney or vegetable saagu.
